Rocket Goal is crazy fast-paced soccer and racing. Driving jet-powered automobiles to strike a big ball into the opponent's net replaces controlling players on the field.
Just score more goals than your opponent. Hot crashes and flying automobiles are expected. A match usually lasts only three to five minutes, with continuous breathtaking attacks and defenses.
Rocket Goal is easy to play but difficult to master. You need to accurately calculate the angle of impact and the timing of using Nitro.
Don't just drive around chasing the ball. Play smart with the following tactics.
Movement: W, A, S, D keys or Arrow keys.
Boost: Shift key or Left mouse button.
Jump: Spacebar, this is the most important key for blocking high balls.
Brake and reverse: S key or Down arrow key.
Ball Cam: F key or Shift to keep the camera focused on the ball.
Nitro is crucial. Don't just use it to run from your goal to the opponent's goal.
Use it to steal the ball from opponents, to fly into the air, or to quickly return to defense. Always pay attention to the Nitro refill points scattered around the field.
Don't just drive on the ground. Drive your car onto the walls surrounding the field. When the ball rolls on the wall, drive into it to cross the ball into the middle of the field for your teammates to score. Shots from above are always the hardest to defend against.
Don't just hit the ball randomly!
This is the biggest mistake. Before rushing into the ball, ask yourself, "Where will the ball go after I hit it?"
When you need to shoot hard or block a high ball: Press Jump. Keep moving in the desired direction while pressing Jump again. Your car will flip forward, generating a powerful force to hit the ball.
